Physician (MD/DO) - Urology - $400,000 to $600,000 per year in Middletown, CT - About the Opportunity:  We are seeking a Urology Physician to become an integral part of our healthcare team in Connecticut. If you are interested in this opportunity, we invite you to apply!   Requirements: * Board-certified or board-eligible Urologist * J1 and H1B candidates are welcome to apply  * Expertise in a range of general Urology surgical procedures * Includes HoLEP, Rezum, Aquablation, and Space OAR   Practice Details: * 275-bed facility * Dedicated support staff * Team of 4 urologists, 1 clinical physician assistant, and 1 APRN * Clinic schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm * Average of 20-28 patients per day  * Benefit from advanced technology and nearby ancillary services   Schedule: * Projected as 4 days in clinic and ½ to 1 full day in surgery * Rotating call schedule * Autonomy to shape and build your practice   Compensation and Benefits: * Guaranteed base salary of $400,000 plus $50,000 non-production bonus, plus wRVU bonus model * Sign-on and relocation assistance provided * Full comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and long-term disability options * Malpractice coverage with tail * PTO and retirement package included    Location: * Enjoy well-preserved historic districts and a charming atmosphere  * Experience a variety of dining options, art galleries, and theaters * Family-friendly environment with parks, recreational facilities, and great schools     JN -112023-29727
