I am an ordained Presbyterian minister who has spent an entire career caring for others and resourcing caregivers. It is one of the main aspects of this job and what attracted me to this field to begin with; the opportunity to be a part of the healing process for someone by placing professional, caring, skilled healthcare professionals on assignments. But not just caring for patients, also caring for those giving that care to others through connection, encouragement and providing for their needs. Caregiver fatigue is a very real thing and I love being able to help my travelers know they are making a difference while doing things to help recharge their batteries while on assignment. We're all in this together, its about relationships and trust and wanting what is best for the hospitals, communities, clients and candidates we serve.
