Stephanie is outstanding, finding the right fit you, the locums physician and the client. She takes into consideration the limitations of you primary practice, what you are looking for in your locums opportunity and matches it to the needs of the client. I haven't had a bad experience with her yet. She is best I have worked with. My practice situation has changed and such that I know longer need to supplement my income, but the practice she has found for me is such a good fit and things run so smoothly with her at the controls that I continue on with the opportunity just for the practice variation. If and when she leaves, I am not sure I would continue.

Stephanie doesn't screw up, she gets you the max $$ possible and she follows up on important issues. What else can a doctor want! The only thing she could do better is work 7 days a week 24/7 😊

I worked with a few locums recruiters before I worked with Stephanie and after working with her I would never want to work with anyone else again. She actually took the time to understand my needs and priorities and found me offers that met those needs. She always advocated for the best possible offer for me. She was amazing at handling the tremendous amount of paperwork it took to get licensed and credentialed. She made the entire process of traveling and working a smooth and enjoyable one for me. She was also always accessible for any issues that came up. I have worked with Stephanie since 2008. She has been nothing but the best. Always makes sure my schedule and needs are arranged way ahead of time. Replies promptly to my messages anytime I am in the field and encounter any problems, even at ungodly hours.
