Coverage is effective on the first day of the month following hire date. KCH will provide up to $2,000 per year primary care services in-house KCH (medical, dental or BH) for the employee, spouse and dependents up to age 26 living in the employee's home. Long-term Group Disability coverage. Paid Vacation / Paid Time Off: Up to 160 hours per employment year per 1.0 FTE. Provided quarterly in lump sums of 40, pro-rated based on hire date. Paid Sick Leave: Up to 64 hours per employment year, based on 1.0 FTE. Accrues per pay period, caps at 128 hours. KCH Retirement Plan - 401K with 4% KCH match.
