Sick visits and medication refills and patients who have been recently released from jail or prison who need MAT such as Suboxone. Must have 3 years' experience in medication assisted treatment and family medicine. Must have a minimum of 6 months experience with MAT. AHCCCS required. Support staff includes APPs, RNs, MAs.
