Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Urgent Care - $110 to $130 per hour in Newport News, VA - Summary: Assume full accountability for meticulously assessing patient needs and offering comprehensive treatments, all while prioritizing an exceptional and reassuring experience.  As a medical professional, your responsibilities encompass a range of tasks. These are to include diagnosing and providing treatment for injuries that occur in the workplace, conducting physical examinations for pre-placement, Department of Transportation (DOT), public safety, and surveillance purposes on behalf of private companies and government agencies. Additionally, you will evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis. You may also take on the role of overseeing, collaborating with, and supervising advanced practice providers within the clinic setting. In addition, you'll perform various in-office procedures, maintain communication with employers, and offer medical guidance as needed. Schedule: * The start of the assignment will be in March for unknown duration at this time.
