OB/GYN With a Four-Day Workweek in California

A group in California has opened a second location and they are hiring another OB/GYN. The schedule is 4 days a week with 1 evening shift per week from 12 to 9 pm and 1 weekend. They have systems in place for the physicians to schedule their patients, so that they are efficient and effective and are able to finish on time. You will be joining three other OB/GYNs and an experienced certified nurse midwife. The ideal candidate will have three to four years of experience. Spanish is also a plus, but not required. J1 and H-1B visa holders can be supported.

This employed position offers a compensation based on experience plus productivity and quality measures. You will also receive relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, vacation days, sick days and holidays, CME time and stipend, a retirement plan, and federal tort malpractice. Federal and state loan repayment programs are also available.
