Board Certified Required or Board eligible if experience with the procedures below:
- Epidural Steroid Injections
  Facet Joint Injections
  Diagnostic Facet Joint Medial Branch Blocks
  Radiofrequency Neurotomy of Lumbar Facets
  Sacriolic Joint Injections
  Radiofrequency Sacroiliac Joint Nerve Ablation
  Stellate Ganglion Block
  Trigger Point Injections
