Job Details:

• Outpatient, Hospital employed position
• Admit to established hospitalist service
• Share space with 1 BC Geriatrician and 1 PT Rheumatologist
• Social Worker and support staff
• State-of-the-art Geriatric Medicine Center with 7 exam rooms and1 pharmacy room
• Onsite Infusion center -RN managed, Onsite Cognitive testing 
• Tailored, private office space
• Physician-driven system where providers are encouraged to be involved
• BC/BE Family Practice/Internal Medicine/Geriatrician
