A hospital based in Tennessee is in need of a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician who is able to provide locum tenens coverage for approximately six months starting in early June with a high chance of extension. On a typical day, the provider can expect to see between ten and fifteen patients for a variety of cases: Evaluation, prescription, and supervision of comprehensive rehabilitation and goals of: cardiac/circulatory disease, strok symptoms, amputation, disorders of spine/extremities, spinal cord injuries and syndromes, cognitive disorders plus performance of PM&R. The locum will work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday per diem plus call.
