Physician (MD/DO) - Cardiology - $625,000 to $800,000 per year in Appleton, WI - _An opportunity to join a group that prides itself on patient-first practice, all of the benefits of an employed position without the headache of hospital management_   Practice Setting: * Founded in 1968, this practice is patient first, group second, physician third * Case conference every Thursday, the team collaborates and shares patients and cases for the best treatment. Time counts towards 1 hr CME.  * Group moved into a 35,000 sqft stand-alone office in 2019 * 30 exam rooms, 4 TEE procedure rooms, 3 stress test rooms, on-site lab, diagnostic suite with 620-slice CT, D-SPECT Cardio sensor, digital echo, and chest x-ray   Compensation: * Base salary is $625,000 * Sign-on $25,000, additional relocation * Shareholder status awarded after 2 years * Annual bonus per shareholder $150,000 * All overhead, billing and collections, and reimbursements are covered under a global PSA * Profit sharing 401k, PTO, CME, Malpractice, Health insurance, high-speed home internet, and home diagnostic reading setup   Surrounding Area: * Large Metropolitan Area * Major sports community * Communities built along a major lake and river for year-round waterfront activities   JN - 012022-26094
