First of all, get a crockpot! You can chop and dump all of your ingredients into the slower cooker and let it simmer all day while you are at work. Cooking with a crockpot is easy, and it will most likely taste much better than soup from a can or those frozen dinner options that you toss in the oven. Plus, the food will most likely be a lot healthier because you can control what goes in it!
